All 20 Chocolate products are made from Bean to Bar. This means that we create only with raw ingredients and control the entire process from the roasting stage of the raw materials to the final product. This is the only way to guarantee the highest quality products.
We do not use semi-finished products (hazelnut paste and cocoa mass) because they all have the same generic taste and are of low quality. It is also a common knowledge that quality raw materials rarely end up in pre-prepared pastes.
